Moving into Mastery is about consciously designing the seven most important areas of your life. You’ll no longer feel like a victim, like life is happening to you, you’ll step into your full creative power and accept full responsibility for your reality. Unlike therapy we will not be recycling old stresses. Instead of watering the weeds, we will water the flowers. We will turn our attention to the positive. The more mastery you have around the laws of nature, the more you can use them to help you get to where you want to go instead of feeling stuck or like you’re swimming upstream to reach your goals. Before Lauren blows your mind and calls you on ALL your BS, we will begin the series with an in depth foundation training. Think of this as the spiritual interpretation of The Big Bang. Why nothingness became somethingness. Finally the answer to the age old questions, “why are we here?” and “where did we come from?” How did nothingness become somethingness? If you understand fundamentals of nature, you’ll see it playing out in every area of your life. The Foundation training will be available as a recording and will be a prerequisite to attending any of the other Moving into Mastery series.
Then Lauren Zander, Emily’s coach, will help you understand your patterns.
We will start with your relationship with yourSELF. You are the one constant in every relationship. We will then clear your relationship with your parents. Mastering Your Time

Are you in an abusive relationship with time? Feel like you’re running out of time? Running late? Behind schedule? We stress ourselves out based on imaginary timelines. Deadlines can be useful, they also can cause needless stress.
One of Emily’s favorite time hacks is, “I’m ahead of schedule. I’m a time billionaire.” Every day, twice a day, we as meditators have the opportunity to move beyond the realm of thinking, which moves us beyond the realm of time. We get to dip into this vast, boundless, timeless state of consciousness which changes the way we interact with time in our waking state.
Ever seen the movie, Inception? There are 3 different layers of time. Time happens horizontally (past/present/future), vertically (past/present/future happening simultaneously) and a third layer of time, in which there is only one time, and it is now. As you change your state of consciousness in the now, it changes the lens through which you see your past. Changing the lens through which you see your past uplevels your past which affect your present. This can start a loop, in a beautiful upward spiral.
This intensive will give you mental tools to visit earlier versions of yourself, so that traumatic or unpleasant memories feel less overwhelming. Access younger versions of yourself, re-live memories knowing that you have support and that (spoiler alert!) everything turns out beautifully in the end.
