What is Moving into Mastery?
Your chance to master your Relationships, Money, Time, Brain, Body, Performance and Purpose.
This 7 part series is beautiful combination of neuroscience, ancient wisdom, performance training, life coaching, and positive psychology. Ziva’s founder, Emily Fletcher is offering you the best of the best. This course will help you let go of your limiting beliefs and give you a powerful new operating system. Emily will be sharing her favorite insights gained over a decade of studying meditation, a lifetime of performance training and working with thousands of high performers around the world. She will be joined by an elite group of guest teachers, some of whom are the world’s leading experts in their fields.
Emily notes, “The tools you will gain in Moving Into Mastery have permeated every area of my life, from food to romantic relationships, from my inner dialogue , to the way I experience my role in the universe. When I first learned this, it reminded me of a deep knowingness. It gave me a vocabulary and framework to articulate things I always knew to be true, even as a child, This course will organize that insight in a way that allows you to harness the power of nature, instead of fighting against it.”
We will explore the most sacred ancient Indian texts from The Mahabharata to The Bhagavad Gita and selected Upanishads.
Moving into Mastery is open to everyone. The only prerequisite is graduating from the Ziva Meditation in-person course.
How Will this Impact my Life?
We created this series for you to truly develop a level of mastery that will let you be of service to the world.
You as a meditator have raised your hand, you have signaled to nature, “I’m ready to wake up, I’m ready to pay attention.” You have done the hard work of getting to the chair every day. Your state of consciousness is improving every day, this course will help to up-level your intellect so you can get the most out of your optimized brain. It’s time to use the strong foundation meditation has laid to help you consciously create whatever life you imagine. Moving into Mastery will give you the tools to make your wildest dreams your everyday reality.
Moving into Mastery is about consciously designing the seven most important areas of your life. You’ll no longer feel like a victim, like life is happening to you, you’ll step into your full creative power and accept full responsibility for your reality. Get the support you need to answer and act on these questions:
- How do I know if I should stay or leave my relationship?
- What is keeping me from the body & life I want?
- How do I handle my friends who don’t meditate?
- Am I in the ‘right’ job?
- How can I best use my unique skills to be of service to the world?
Unlike therapy we will not be recycling old stresses. Instead of watering the weeds, we will water the flowers. We will turn our attention to the positive. Yes, we will acknowledge where you have come from, then utilize this profound ancient knowledge to help you create a life you love. If you want to see it, first you must believe it.
The more mastery you have around the laws of nature, the more you can use them to help you get to where you want to go instead of feeling stuck or like you’re swimming upstream to reach your goals. This series will give you access to tools to uplevel your own state of consciousness so you can help others do the same. (Want to be a meditation teacher? This series is also the prerequisite for Ziva’s Teacher training that will start in late 2017).

Before Lauren blows your mind and calls you on ALL your BS, we will begin the series with an in depth foundation training. Think of this as the spiritual interpretation of The Big Bang. Mastering Your Time
Sat Dec 2 10a – 6p NYC
Are you in an abusive relationship with time? Feel like you’re running out of time? Running late? Behind schedule? We stress ourselves out based on imaginary timelines. Deadlines can be useful, they also can cause needless stress.
One of Emily’s favorite time hacks is, “I’m ahead of schedule. I’m a time billionaire.” Every day, twice a day, we as meditators have the opportunity to move beyond the realm of thinking, which moves us beyond the realm of time. We get to dip into this vast, boundless, timeless state of consciousness which changes the way we interact with time in our waking state.
Ever seen the movie, Inception? There are 3 different layers of time. Time happens horizontally (past/present/future), vertically (past/present/future happening simultaneously) and a third layer of time, in which there is only one time, and it is now. As you change your state of consciousness in the now, it changes the lens through which you see your past. Changing the lens through which you see your past uplevels your past which affect your present. This can start a loop, in a beautiful upward spiral.
This intensive will give you mental tools to visit earlier versions of yourself, so that traumatic or unpleasant memories feel less overwhelming. Access younger versions of yourself, re-live memories knowing that you have support and that (spoiler alert!) everything turns out beautifully in the end.
