Transcendental Meditation (or TM) is the name of a specific company (or brand) of meditation, not a unique style. People who learn TM only learn meditation, vs. the 3 M’s we teach at Ziva. In our experience, the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. At Ziva, we make learning the 3 M’s fun and easy, and we make practicing daily something you’ll want to commit to.
